What types of products can be repaired?
We currently offer repair services for infusion jackets, tether jackets, and selected restraint accessories. If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, feel free to contact us for a preliminary evaluation.

What kind of damage or wear can be repaired?
Common repairs include stitching reinforcement, strap replacement, Velcro reattachment, and minor fabric restoration. We assess each product individually to determine what can be restored.

How long does the repair process take?
Turnaround time varies based on the volume and complexity of the items, but standard processing typically takes 1–2 weeks from receipt. We’ll confirm timelines after product evaluation.

Can I get a quote before sending my items?
Yes. You can email us photos and a short description of the condition of each item. We’ll provide an estimate and let you know if the product qualifies for repair.
