General Terms and Conditions Ludequipment.com (herein referred to as “Our Website")

This website is owned and operated by Ludomed Equipment Inc. (collectively, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms and Conditions set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use Our Website. Our Website offers provide information about our company, and the products and services offered by us. By accessing or using Our Website you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Shipping

We may use FedEx, Canada Post or USPS as our chosen couriers. We can make special arrangements should you wish to use your own courier account. Please note, shipments to international addresses (outside Canada) are generally subject to custom duties, taxes, and other charges, as determined by the local jurisdiction. You are responsible for paying local sales taxes, duties or other fees.

Back Order Policy

If a back order is less than 3 days, we will hold the entire order, in order to ship it completely. If the back order is expected to take longer, we will inform you via email and ask if you would like to wait until the item comes in. We will do this so it can be shipped all together with the rest of the order, or to confirm if the order should be cancelled.

Payment Terms

We accept VISA, MASTER CARD, AMEX, PAYPAL. Net 30 days with established credit ONLY.

Returns and Refund Policy

If you receive goods that are defective in any way, please let us know so we can correct the problem promptly. We will replace the item or refund your money once the goods have been returned to us. We regret that there are no returns on custom-made order, or goods that have obviously been used or no longer re-sealable. If the goods are not defective, but you still wish to return them, a 20% restocking fee will apply. Call 1-450-2678473 or email us at info@ludomed.ca to receive a Return Authorization Number and return the merchandise within 30 days.

Prices

Prices are FOB Les Coteaux, Canada and are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Occasionally, prices change without notice due to circumstances beyond our control.
