FAQs for Rodent Products
Q: Can rodent jackets be reused across multiple studies?
A: No. Due to hygiene and wear limitations, rodent jackets are intended for single-use protocols lasting up to two weeks. We recommend replacing jackets between studies to maintain product integrity and animal welfare.
Q: Do you offer jackets specifically for mice?
A: Yes. Ludomed offers jackets in sizes designed for both rats and mice. Our mouse jackets are adapted to their smaller anatomy and used primarily in restraint and post-treatment protection protocols.
Q: Are rodent jackets available with rear loop systems for infusion line stabilization?
A: No. We do not offer rear-loop restraint systems for rodents. However, jackets can be customized with a small pocket to host telemetry transmitters or similar lightweight devices.
